Senior Software Engineer- UX

(personas, journeys), information architecture (flows, wireframes), and prototyping.
• Motion Design Enthusiast: Eager to learn and potentially integrate motion design into
projects.
• Data Visualisation: Strong acumen for data visualisation. Ability to interpret large data
sets in an intuitive and visually enhancing representation
• Thrives on Challenges: Enjoys working under pressure and consistently delivers high-
quality work within tight deadlines.
• Mockups and Prototype: Empower rapid prototyping with appropriate level of detail:
translating abstract ideas to visual assets that allow the product team to rapidly
converge.
• Usability - Able to have basic usability criteria, WCAG guidelines and able to integrate in
daily outcomes.
• Strong UX expertise: Deep understanding of user experience design for both mobile
and web platforms.
• Takes ownership: Proactive and accountable for the success of the products they work
on.
• Efficient design: Quickly produces clear, elegant design solutions, both independently
and collaboratively.
• Effective communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Agile development processes. • 4+ years of relevant UX | UI experience.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
