Role Overview
We are looking for an B2B Outbound Marketing Associate who will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, identifying target audiences, and reaching out to them through strategic marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in increasing ARC s brand reach and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Outreach
Collaborate with the Client Partners and Branding team to align lead generation efforts with ARC s brand identity.
Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools
Send LinkedIn messages, and emails to engage prospects
Qualify leads and schedule appointments on call for the Client Partners (CP)
Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers digitally
Market Research Strategy
Research potential clients and industries to refine targeting strategies
Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Employ Sales Navigator and other tools for targeted prospecting
Email Social Media Marketing
Create compelling email sequences and drip campaigns
Track and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and track engagement
Collaboration Reporting
Work closely with Client Partners to ensure a smooth lead hand-off
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM, ensuring they re accurately recorded and analysed for potential follow-up.
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
What We re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, or sales development
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing software
Hands-on experience with outbound marketing campaigns
Analytical mindset to track and improve performance metrics
