Facility Executive

Dear Candidates,

We are looking for candidates with experience in flat handovers and client interactions. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Profile Facility Assistant/ Executive:

Assisting site facility team in performing day to day operations.

Attending customers calls and assigning the task to concern facility team for early closure.

Coordinating and providing logistic and admin support to facility staff.

Inspection and review of apartment for snagging and de-snagging.

Ensure regular cleanliness and hygiene status of premises.

Rendering immediate due support to residing customers.

Keep a close watch on fit out activity by customers.

Ensure premises is safe from any fire hazard material all the time.

Patrolling in common area and ensure facility staff deployed are doing their duty attentively.

Assisting in preparation of apartment for possession to customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree in any stream.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a related role.

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Candidate should have possession exposure is preferred.

Candidates from real estate background is preferred.
