Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the growth, profitability, and impact of the AP and Telangana Exams category.
• Content & Pedagogy: Work with top educators to develop high-quality courses, live sessions, and study materials aligned with the latest exam trends.
• Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting campaigns, community engagement strategies, and data-driven growth initiatives.
• Faculty & Team Management: Build and manage a team of top educators, content creators, and operations team to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Revenue & Business Performance: Drive category P&L, student enrollments, retention strategies, and pricing models for maximum impact.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and exam pattern changes to ensure we offer the best solutions.
• Student & Community Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance learner interaction, doubt-solving forums, and student satisfaction.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Deep Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of AP and Telangana state Exams and the evolving test prep landscape or worked previously with Edtech as Category Head and understand nuances of the business.
• EdTech Experience: 4+ years in category management, content strategy, growth, or academic leadership in a leading EdTech or test-prep company.
• Growth Mindset: Proven ability to scale a category, drive business metrics, and lead high-performing teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in analytics, student behavior insights, and optimizing course offerings based on performance metrics.
• Strong Leadership: Ability to mentor, motivate, and build a high-impact academic and business team.
