Responsible for Managing and ensuring Retail & Lounges Business. Responsible for ensuring achievement of Budgeted Sales & Revenues for Non - Aero Revenues (F&B & Lounges). Opening of new outlets (vacant spaces + renewals) as per the Area Operating Plan. Accurately forecast and implement innovations as market trends. Effectively manage the team to deliver KPIs.
