Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller (Revenue Cycle Management - RCM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US healthcare accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze outstanding claims to ensure timely follow-up with insurance companies.
• Handle complex claims, denials, and appeals to maximize revenue recovery.
• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to check claim status, resolve discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve billing and collection processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and claim statuses in the system.
• Train and mentor junior AR callers, providing guidance on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in AR calling / RCM (US Healthcare).
• Strong understanding of medical billing, claims processing, and denial management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• Proficiency in healthcare software like EPIC, NextGen, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines.
