Team Lead - Automation Testing

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead a team of QA engineers to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Design and implement automation frameworks .
4. Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing.
5. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
6. Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
7. Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
8. Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
9. Experience in identifying and resolving defects and issues.
10. Experience in continuously improving the testing process.
11. The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Selenium

Skill Required :

Automation (Selenium +JAVA) ,API Testing , Team Handling ,DB Testing ,Agile Methodology.
