Junior Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Generative AI Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our AI/ML team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have expertise in deep learning, generative models (GANs, VAEs, transformers), and NLP. You will work on building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models).
• Implement, train, and optimize deep learning models for NLP, CV, and multimodal AI tasks.
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Handle data preprocessing, augmentation, and model evaluation to improve performance.
• Deploy models using APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps tools.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research and apply innovations to real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5), GANs, and VAEs.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or multimodal AI.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
