We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts for IT positions, focusing on .Net, Angular, React, Python, Cloud(AWS, Azure and GCP), Mobile and Java skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring IT talent to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions (.Net, Angular, React, Python, Cloud(AWS, Azure and GCP), Mobile and Java skills)
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media (LinkedIn), job boards (Naukri, Monster, Jobs Adda, etc.), and employee referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, oversee documentation and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness
- Support ideation for identifying resource pool and building candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for IT positions, particularly in Java, Python, Azure, Android, and .NET
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple openings and meeting deadlines
