- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Risk Manager to join our team at [Company Name], a leading player in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with business leaders to ensure risks are identified, analyzed, and considered during the strategic planning and decision-making process. Proactively manage risk/reward trade-offs.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Analyze and assess risks by collecting and evaluating documentation, statistics, market trends, and reports to identify potential risks to the organization.
- Establish Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that address risks within the organization's services and departments. Ensure these processes align with industry best practices.
- Review & Improve Risk Management Protocols: Regularly assess existing risk management policies and protocols, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring continuous adaptation to changing business needs.
- Recommend & Implement Solutions: Propose and implement appropriate risk management solutions, including insurance, safety and security measures, business continuity plans, and recovery strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all risk management processes comply with IRDAI regulations, insurance industry standards, and internal governance protocols.
- Continuous Monitoring: Monitor and review risk management activities to ensure they remain effective in identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Risk Management within the insurance or related financial services industry.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Risk Management or related fields. Certifications like FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), or ARM (Associate in Risk Management) will be a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and industry-specific standards governing risk management in insurance.

- In-depth knowledge of risk management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate data, trends, and reports.
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
