Job Description:

- We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and take charge of managing and executing complex manufacturing projects.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Lead the execution of the entire project life cycle, from order receipt to final dispatch.

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including sequencing of manufacturing operations.

- Cost & Risk Management: Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and other necessary acumen for successful project execution.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external customers, and conduct regular meetings with manufacturing teams to ensure project goals are met.

- Scheduling & Monitoring: Supervise micro-level schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor progress on a daily basis.

- Team Management: Estimate resources, manpower, and duration for activities.

- Conduct weekly review meetings and recovery sessions to ensure deadlines are met.

- Process Improvement: Implement changes that reduce cycle time, save costs, and improve quality.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Resolve technical and commercial issues by working closely with various departments.

- Client Relations: Ensure that deliverables meet company standards and client contractual requirements, including managing negotiations and resolving conflicts.

- Budget & Expense Management: Manage the project budget and control expenses effectively.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements during project execution.

- Continuous Improvement: Guide, coach, and motivate team members to make decisions that contribute to project success.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.

- Expertise in utilizing project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, and methodologies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis, risk management, and business operations.

- Experience in managing teams, planning production activities, and ensuring quality standards are met.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Experience - Minimum 12 Years (Should have worked as a Department Head for minimum 5 Years).
