Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in Indian accounting standards, GST refunds, and proficiency in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure accurate tax compliance, and optimize financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Compliance & Refunds: Handle GST filings, refunds, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GST laws.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books of accounts as per Indian GAAP and ensure timely reporting.
• Zoho Books Management: Efficiently use Zoho Books for invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and automation.
• TDS & Income Tax Compliance: Ensure timely TDS deductions, filings, and coordinate for IT returns.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Audit & Documentation: Support statutory audits, maintain proper documentation, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Vendor & Client Management: Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Education: CA/CA-Inter/MBA (Finance) or B.Com/M.Com with relevant experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in Indian accounting, GST, and Zoho Books.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GST laws, TDS, Indian taxation, and proficiency in Zoho Books, Excel.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and strong analytical skills.
• Additional: Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to new technologies, and work independently.
