Your primary responsibility will be delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and the creation of questions for certification and assessments. Manage workplace capability for IE group.

Deliver trainings on Microsoft Active Directory and SC-300T00:Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator

Training need identification, training panning and scheduling, Nomination management and training corrective actions based on training feedback.

Support in Talent creation and Talent reservoir initiatives

Interaction with SMEs for training objective settings, SMEs identification for internal trainers and organizing the sessions.

Driving certification and proficiency for Workplace capability

Preparing Quarterly deck, training reports for IE LKM team. Technical Experience:

Expertise in Microsoft Identity and Access Management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Security

Expertise in MS Excel, PPT and Power BI

Preferred certification in Identity and Access Administrator AssociateProfessional Attributes:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good presentation and articulation skills, collaboration, diligent, responsible, proactive and responsive
