Summary:As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting reviews, and collaborating on global QA initiatives and processes. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and oversee quality assurance activities

Implement quality control processes

Analyze and improve quality metrics
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM)

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles

Knowledge of quality management systems

Experience in conducting quality audits

Excellent problem-solving skills
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)

This position is based at our Gurugram office
