Your typical day will involve collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, facilitating process redesign, and serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and policies.

Identify and recommend process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Strong understanding of business process design and improvement methodologies.

Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

Experience with process automation and workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Nintex.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
