Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure smooth functioning of production systems

Monitor system performance and identify any issues

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT)

Strong understanding of system operations and support

Experience in managing production systems

Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT)

This position is based in Gurugram

A Graduate degree is required
