Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP CO, SAP MM, and SAP SD.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.

Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting processes and best practices.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
