Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead a team of software developers
- Ensure effective collaboration and performance of the team
- Make key decisions to drive the success of the project

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience in developing and configuring software systems
- Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools used in software development
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation
- This position is based at our Chennai office
