What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designGraphic Producer/Print artworker at level 12 should possess expert knowledge of the Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop tool for Print artwork creation and adaptations. Should be proficient in oral and written communication skills. Work closely with the Project Manager/Team lead in their day to day work.Experience / Skill sets:2-3 years of experience in Print artwork creation and adaptation with good knowledge of Adobe creative cloud tools.Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with all internal stakeholdersCreative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

What are we looking for? Technical Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite, Understanding Print color profiles and technicalities

Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, file formats, and pre-press procedures.

MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint

Education:Graduate, Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine Arts

Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Analyzing the work received from client/onshore and identify the missing elements in the same.

Responsible to create and adapt print artworks based on design specifications and client requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated on print technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and workflow.

Prepare artwork files for print production, ensuring they meet industry standards.

Communicates with clients on call, chat, email

Capable of functioning and delivering under tight deadlines

Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process

Able to devise ideas quickly

Passionate about print design and have an eye for detail

Flexible to work in shifts

Ability to handle tight project delivery deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously

Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

The decisions that you make would impact your own work

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
