What would you do?
Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. In the Inside Sales team you will provide support for lead/opportunity generation:conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. The Customer Acquisition Strategy&Implementation team is responsible assisting our clients in their strategies to grow and acquire new customers. This involves acquiring new customers involves persuading consumers to purchase a company's products and/or services.
What are we looking for?
Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have minimum 2-3 years supervisory/management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles. ? Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends ? Experience in managing corporate sales ? Strong people&team management experience with proven leadership skills ? Highly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plan ? Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity ? Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition ? Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts. Roles and Responsibilities Main accountabilities: ? Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/ benefit analyses. ? Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization. ? Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing &completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives&quality assurance programs. ? Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. ? Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. ? Liaise with clients and deliver on client asks. ? Coaching and mentoring supervisors to enable them to effectively manage their teams. ? Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with supervisors. ? Drive the right team culture&ensure process compliance.
