Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Scrum methodology. Your typical day will involve leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of software systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Scrum methodology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software systems.

Ensure adherence to Scrum methodology and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to software development projects. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools.

Experience in leading software development teams.

Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:
