Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and design software solutions.- Develop and configure software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software systems. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.- Experience in designing and developing software solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration with other systems.- Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.- This position is based at our Pune office.- An any graduate degree is required.
