Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services, meeting operational requirements, and adhering to service agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:'1.Provide remote and technical support for UPS systems, battery systems associated with power backup systems, Power Distribution Units, and their associated controls.2.Reviews and checks system drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness. 3.Provides technical assistance and expertise on power electronic devices to owners and engineers. Perform remote inspections, technical assistance, maintenance assistance, and instruction of site personnel, 4.Provide technical assistance as needed to real estate teams.5.Designing electrical layouts, selecting appropriate battery sizes, and ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Professional & Technical Skills:1.Electrical Engineering Knowledge:A solid understanding of electrical systems and components of all uninterruptible power supply. 2.Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure proper installation and maintenance.3.UPS professionals Problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of diagnostic tools for diagnosing and repairing issues in UPS systems.4.Technical Proficiency with UPS Software and Hardware5.UPS Sizing'.Good communication skills and interface well with the business, line and senior management.Flexible to work in 24/7 shift..Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback..React quickly to changing business conditions..To be customer focused and to display an analytical approach to problem solving..To be a team player, working with others to provide a quality service..Time management and escalation capabilities..Passionate about automation and system improvement
