Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently.

Contribute to team decisions and provide valuable insights.

Engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

Strong understanding of SharePoint administration and configuration.

Experience in managing SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.

Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions management.

Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and customization.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.

Solid grasp of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and its integration with SharePoint.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
