Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.

Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring transparency and visibility to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Ensure adherence to Agile principles and values, promoting a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Scrum Master/Agile, Agile PM

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean, and knowledge of DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products using Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams to achieve their full potential. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
