Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design, and utilizing Network Analytics to provide a dynamic service.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design solutions.

Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design solutions with other systems.

Utilize Network Analytics to identify and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of Network Analytics.

Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.

Experience with storage technologies such as RAID, NAS, and SAN.

Experience with backup and recovery solutions.

Solid grasp of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
