Below is the detailed JD for your reference.

Total Exp:

1) 8-12 years of experience comprising of at least 5+ years in a managerial role handling QA teams.

Primary skillset:

1) Leadership & Management:

• Experience managing QA teams, defining processes, and driving quality initiatives
• Ability to mentor, coach, and upskill QA engineers
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

2) Testing Expertise:

• Automation Testing: Selenium, Katalon, XRAY.
• Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Security Testing: Basic understanding of security vulnerabilities (OWASP)

3) Agile & Process Knowledge:

• Experience in Scrum and SAFe environments
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD and DevOps workflows
• Effective use of Jira, Confluence, Gitlab

Good to have skillset:

1) Cloud Testing: AWS, Azure, testing strategies

2) AI/ML Testing: Basic understanding of AI-powered testing frameworks

3) Domain Knowledge: Understanding of airline revenue accounting, fares, and ticketing systems
