Track the VE project every month, and push relate department to finish it if need. Provide decision. Provide relate data to management team for decision. Checking. Confirm the data from BSC, finance department, and operation departments to make sure our data is correct. Data transition. Create an efficiency data transition process, make sure the data can be the same from bottom to top level. Data analysis. Use SKU benchmark, PDCA etc. skill to analysis data. Communication. Work with relate department to analysis the data and find out the root the causes. Cost control. Provide LE base on the actual data, make sure we can achieve the target by year end. Visibility report. Provide visibility report, try to make the data clear and simple.
