Role & responsibilities

Full stack Java

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, JPA).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make complex technical decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
