Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Process and execute payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct deductions and compliance with company policies.
• Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related data from departments.
• Administer benefits and deductions, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and garnishments.
• Calculate and process adjustments to pay, including overtime, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll audits as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll issues, such as deductions, pay discrepancies, and other payroll concerns.
• Assist in preparing and submitting payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing and preparation of tax documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practices, tax laws, and software tools.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll data.
