• The Technology Executive at our Mahape Engineering Lab is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving technology initiatives specific to the Engineering Lab facility

Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy for Engineering Lab:Develop and implement a technology strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Engineering Lab in Mahape
• Align technology initiatives with the lab's objectives and business requirements
• Leadership and Team Management:Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team within the Engineering Lab
• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Recruit, train, and mentor technology professionals
• Lab Technology Infrastructure:Oversee the management and maintenance of the lab's technology infrastructure, including specialized equipment and software
• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of engineering tools and systems
• Innovation and Research:Drive innovation within the Engineering Lab by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Encourage and support research initiatives that contribute to the lab's technological advancements
• Project Management:Lead and coordinate technology projects specific to the Engineering Lab
• Ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Collaboration with Lab Teams:Collaborate with engineering, research, and development teams to understand their technology needs and challenges
• Provide technology solutions that enhance the lab's capabilities
• Vendor Management:Engage with technology vendors to procure necessary equipment and services for the lab
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Safety and Compliance:Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure that technology solutions meet safety standards and regulatory requirements within the lab
• Budgeting and Cost Control:Develop and manage the technology budget specific to the Engineering Lab
• Monitor expenses and optimize costs while ensuring efficient technology utilization
• Communication:Communicate technology strategies, updates, and project outcomes to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders
