Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities -

Preparation of various reports of Inventory, Purchase and sale , PPT for meetings , & handling GRN

Issuance of inventory & no-inventory items, Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic

basis, Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally related to Inventory

Movement, Reconciliation and Scrapping, Generating STO and Scrap Invoices at center and

corporate level, Helping user to perform transactions of Inventory movement, Dispatch, Scrap Sale,

Issuance and GRN and Generate various reports in accurate and timely manner.

• Getting Stock Issuance, Stock Movement, GRN, Scrap done on time by regular follow-up.

• Preparation of reports related to Pending Items, Pending GRN & SIT, Pending stock issue,

stock ledger report etc.

• Follow-up with internal department & for completion of the process at their end.

• Communicating with Branch to make Invoices available to User for process accordingly.

• Helping Stock issue transactions get complete.

• Resolving all the queries of branches & franchises related to SAP and Business processes.

• Various task of data preparation for any new ERP enhancement or Implementation.

• Adjustment of stock of warehouse and centers, Dispatch id creation.

• Email/ Phone Communication with branches/ vendors for invoice/ concerns & Co-ordination

with all the branches & franchises.

• Review and analysis stock reconciliation & Physical verification count submitted by centers.
