Position Summary:

4) Tax Audit and Assessment: Handle tax assessments, respond to tax authorities queries, and represent clients during tax audits to ensure a smooth resolution.
5) Transfer Pricing: Assist clients with transfer pricing documentation and compliance, ensuring adherence to international standards.
6) Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest developments in direct tax laws, rulings, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and reliable advice.
7) Cross-Border Taxation: Manage tax implications for clients with cross-border transactions and operations, considering tax treaties and transfer pricing regulations.
8) Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and assist clients in implementing risk mitigation measures.
9) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing personalized tax services accordingly.
10) Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other tax professionals, accountants, and consultants within the firm to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients.
