Job Description

About 9Nexus

9Nexus is a dynamic and growing company that values its employees as its most important asset. We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee critical HR functions, including HRMS management, employee onboarding, leave management, performance appraisals, and exit processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, employee-friendly, and compliant HR environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HRMS Portal Management:

  • Manage and maintain the HRMS system, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Implement and optimize HR processes within the HRMS for efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to employees on using the HRMS platform.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offer Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies and culture.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and verified during onboarding.

3. Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and manage employee leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Approve or escalate leave requests in accordance with business requirements.
  • Track and report leave trends and ensure proper leave balance management.

4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management:

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees to discuss their work progress, concerns, and career aspirations.
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews and feedback.

5. Exit & Offboarding Process:

  • Handle employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Process final settlements, revoke system access, and ensure smooth offboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Experience: 5-8 years of experience in HR management, including onboarding, HRMS, performance management, and employee engagement.
    Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS portals and employee database management.
  • Strong knowledge of leave policies, payroll coordination, and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with performance appraisal frameworks and engagement strategies.
    Key Competencies:
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented in handling HR functions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
