SERVICE ENGINEER- Home APPLIANCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Installation: Install, assemble, and set up packaging machines at client locations, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and checks on packaging machines to prevent operational issues and downtime.
  

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues that affect the performance of packaging machinery.
  

• Repairs and Servicing: Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems to restore packaging machines to operational status.
  

• Calibration and Adjustment: Calibrate and fine-tune packaging machines to ensure accurate and consistent product packaging.
  

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance over the phone, email, or on-site visits.
  

• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, work reports, and documentation of repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
  

• Spare Parts Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to order and manage spare parts inventory for efficient servicing.
  
  

• Training: Train customer operators and maintenance staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging machines.
  

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that repaired or serviced machines meet quality standards and performance expectations.
  

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service visits to ensure the safety of both the service engineer and the customer.
  

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the service manager on service activities, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
