We are seeking a talented and creative COPYWRITER to join our real estate team. As a Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of our brand and creating impactful content that drives engagement, resonates with audiences, and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive ad copies for digital, print, and outdoor campaigns that captivate potential buyers and investors.

2. Positioning Statements & Brand Slogans: Develop clear, impactful positioning statements and memorable slogans that reflect the brand's vision and market positioning.

3. Brand Concepts: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to write content that defines brand identity and ensures consistency across campaigns.

4. Content for Branding Collaterals: Create engaging content for brochures, catalogues, and presentations to effectively communicate project highlights and USPs.

5. Taglines for Billboards: Deliver succinct and powerful taglines for outdoor advertising, ensuring high recall value in a crowded visual space.

6. Display Ads: Write attention-grabbing headlines and descriptions for online display ads that drive clicks and conversions.

7. Social Media Ads: Craft engaging and platform-optimized ad copies that drive engagement and maximize reach across social channels.

8. Newspaper Ads: Write crisp, impactful content for print advertisements that appeal to diverse audiences and align with campaign objectives.
