Quality Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt

We are seeking a Quality Manager with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification to oversee our BPO operations quality teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement projects and managing quality teams. The individual should be highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems

• Analyze data and generate reports
• Stay abreast of industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role within a BPO environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with quality management software (e.g., Minitab, JIRA) is a plus
