Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role, possessing excellent communication skills and advanced Excel knowledge. The role involves conducting audits, interacting with various stakeholders, participating in onboarding processes, and preparing reports. The candidate should be flexible to work night shifts and must have a good command of English.

Requirements

• Graduation with at least 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in recruitment processes
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 days off

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to 30,000 INR monthly CTC
• Shift: Rotational night shift with 2 days off
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of 10 days notice
• Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR coordinator role with excellent communication and advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience

Eligibility: Candidates must be staying in Mumbai city.

While this is a contract role, exceptional performance may lead to onboarding on the client's payroll.
