Job Description
- Collaborate with the Finance Operations vertical to analyze operational data and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.
- Assist in boosting vendor compliance, reducing savings erosion, and improving discount capture using preferred suppliers.
- Manage the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
- Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and matching invoices.
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (P2P)
- Proficiency in Invoice Processing Operations
- Adaptable and flexible with problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Experience in Procure to Pay and Procure to Pay Processing is a plus
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (P2P)
- Proper documentation related to experience
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
