Senior Manager - Outbound Operations - Central (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr,. Manager - Outbound Operations (Central) to oversee and optimize outbound processes at fulfillment centers (FCs).

This role involves ensuring smooth dispatch operations, coordinating effectively between FCs and dark stores, and managing losses through accurate reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Outbound Management:

- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate outbound operations at the fulfillment center.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs for order processing, packing, and dispatch.

- Optimize dispatch schedules to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

2. Coordination Between FC and Dark Stores:

- Act as the primary point of contact between fulfillment centers and dark stores.

- Ensure seamless inventory movement and address any supply chain disruptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

3. Loss Management & Reconciliation:

- Monitor inventory losses and work towards minimizing shrinkage.

- Conduct regular reconciliation of stock between FCs and dark stores to ensure accuracy.

Implement corrective measures to improve inventory tracking and reduce discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other supply chain tools.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
