Job title: Senior Manager - Control Tower

Budget: Upto 30 lpa + benefits

Major KRA :

- Reliability - Cost- Speed -Process Adherence -Synergy operation - Control on CPD breaches & Salvation Planning for all Verticals (NL- Grocery-CL fleet)

- ETA / DG lock / Speed / Risk Management adherence with in Target (zonal/ Local)

- Ensuring Control on Cost - CPS - along with cost saving initiatives to achieve target

- RTT - 100% proper capacity utilization with dynamic restructuring as per load pattern

- Analytical in terms of Planning / Network Designing / - enhancement on Reliability chartered & Control on cost along with Cluster Model Expansion

- Innovation on adding value added services from Cluster model catering all verticals ( NL- Grocery-CL fleet )

- Vendor Management / Quality Adherence & Procurement Co ordination

- Human resource planning and Team Management / grooming / Training along with Lean projects

- Speed : Enhancement of speed MH-MH/ MH-DH & DH to MH - GRC -DH-Direct Milk Run -Direct National Load drop

- Stake holder & Peer Management

- Project planning /Project feasibility and execution with in time frame specially on Clusters / GRC - B2B- B2C - pick up and deliveries

- Basic knowledge on Sortation & Warehouse operations along with managing a larger facility experience will be an added advantage

- Coordination with central CT - Design - LH operation - Safety team

- Bringing innovation to the LH process towards Speed enhancement / Cost Reduction / Network expansion with alternate models

- Experienced to run a complex facility and handling and achieving all Matrix along with B2B -

- Extensive touring may be on the cards, handling multiple locations or Large single location with multiple states
