Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was technical and personal. They are checking my confidence level as well as my technical knowledge about my field or my work experience. The interviewer checkd my communication skills. They asked me questions about machine knowledge like setup, programming, drawing reading etc. But from last 4 years I am working on machines so I able to answer most of the question easily. After completing ny technical interview, I am going to machines shop for practical round on machine. They given me drawing and raw materials to prove the practically machining. I know about machine so I did easily but carefully. (If you don't know about machine that time you say I can do it but pls provide me some days training). Again company General Manager taking my technical interview and leave me.
