Description:This project deals with a new approach implemented to decrease power losses and improve voltage profile in distribution networks using Distribution STATIC COMPENSATOR (DSTATCOM). DSTATCOM location can be determined by the voltage stability index (VSI) and sizing can be identified by nature inspired, recently developed whale optimization algorithm (WOA). To check efficacy, the proposed technique is tested on two standard buses: Indian rural electrification 39-bus and IEEE 69-bus distribution systems. Obtained results show that optimal allocation of DSTATCOM effectively reduces power losses and improves voltage profile.

My finial year project is on VLSI domine .In that project I worked on Design of efficient protection of parallel filters by using error correction codes. Mostly of these technology project are used in Digital filters that used in Digital communication and Signal procceing .By using ECC we can protect the parallel filters from errors and also detected and correct the errors by using Hamming code. For example In present these technology are seen in Call conference communication systems.
