Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I was asked to give my views on this topic and I was given few minutes to think about the topic and then share my views on it.
Tips: View should be short and precise with no grammatical mistakes and correct pronunciation.
Duration: 5 minutes

Round: Test
Experience: This round was based on logic and reasoning...Set of questions were given along with options.One has read the question and chose the answer correctly.
Tips: Concentrate on the test and use logical skills the answer the questions.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 30

Round: Written Versant
Experience: In this round a headphone is provided and with the help of this one can hear an automated voice which asks some questions and by hearing this you need to write the answers on the computer screen.This is also based on grammer and email writing.A timer goes on at the top of the monitor and you have to be quick enough to answer. The duration of this round was 30 mins and around 50 questions are given in 5 different sets.
Tips: Listen carefully,be quick and spontaneous.

Round: Voice versant.
Experience: This is same as the previous round but the only difference is you need to answer the questions orally in a specific time..
Tips: Be spontaneous and say confidently.Confidence is what matters and also be fluent.Even if u say something wrong be clear and confident.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I was asked all these and the HR was very cooperative and friendly.I was made comfortable and I answered all the questions according to my views.
Tips: Be confident and maintain a strong personality.Don't pretend and be truthful.If you are not sure of your answer then take some time to think and then answer.
