Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have given my 1st virtual interview with Niit. There were total 4 Rounds . 1 round Resume Screening. 2nd round An interview call received from NIIT and goes up to 12 minutes in English. 3rd interview goes up approximately 40 minutes in English. And final rounds like regarding salary package discussion and joining date. Finally I have received an E-mail from Niit Headquarter regarding salary package , designation and date of joining etc. I had joined Niit on same date as mentioned by Niit.

Actually NIIT got my information from Naukri.com. and I got a direct interview call from Niit. Also thanks to Naukri.com for the same.

However I really appreciate Shriti Thailini Mam, for her positive and an Excellent Job offer To Join NIIT Headquarter.

But my experience after joining the Niit Headquarter was not good. I have never seen a manager like Mr. Sanjay Barhi in my past 9 years of professional experience very very Bad experience with him . Very Bad manager .
