Experience: Candidates were shortlisted based on their CGPA: top 40 (for Civil), top 20 (for Mechanical), top 15 (for ECE), top 10 (for Automobile) & Top 10 (for Mechatronics)

Experience: 15 quantitative 15 Verbal English 20 Reasoning / Analytical questions were above average level. and as per me, it was very to clear the cutoff.

Experience: Questions related to project workdone by me were only asked. my project was on back analysis of liquefied dams.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: TATA Nano project was discussed and my opinion was asked. my ti+pi+hr was only for 7 mins approximately. After facing so many exhaustive interviews ,i felt this one as very soothing. the interviewers very modest and supporting while answering.

Skill Tips: Prepare core portion only, it was my luck only that they didn't ask me technical.

Experience: They asked questions mostly on strength of materials, structural analysis and rcc, few questions from steel structures. In strength of materials they given some questions on bending moment, shear force diagrams. In structural analysis finding of forces in truss elements. In rcc they asked many questions from code book like percentage of steel, cover, diameter of bars used. The questions in written and technical interview were good. Those people were very cool. They helped me in answering the questions in the interview. Among the companies i have attended this is the only company in which they asked most of the questions on technical aspects.

Experience: They asked on bending moment diagrams,code books and rcc.

General Tips: Be prepare for all subjects. It is a company to start with, especially for a civil student. As it is a construction company we can learn a lot in technical aspects. Only thing is that there is a bond of two years. If it is not a problem it is a very good company to step in. Good luck.
