According to my huge experience of 33 years, It was my experience that we were not ready every time for the various Audits conducted in the bank's. So I put my stand that I will create such system for every department that weekly basis all the required register will be checked by Controller Level. On line register will be introduced . Entries will be made daily on basis and will be send online to the controllers to view and control. All the staff must have 
to attain speed, knowledge and accuracy. I will developers such a system that will show on screen the example of any work eg. Open TDR Account or any type of work so that employee will not need to ask any one.
