Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company gives opportunity to kick start for freshers but they suck your blood. You will have to be ready to be blamed and scolding from managers. They don't care your health. I used to login at 11 and logout at 11:30 to complete every day Target, which are actually not achievable. While logging out at 11:30 every day the manager used to say you r performance is not good.

First of all they don't give proper understanding of process which makes difficult to address the concerns.

My suggestion is if you are fresher and simply want to start career and can handle lot of mental torture then you can start here. For time being but don't dream of making career.

Working hours are 9 but they will extend it for 11-12 hrs and we have to work like dogs no humanity, politics will be there inside company, manager scolds brutally in the meeting don't join the company very rude behaviour of managers and team leaders. Salary will not be credited on time🙏
