Without any pre intimidation the interview process went around one hour. Later she said "you are the first person I am interviewing. I will get back to you next week" I followed up with her after a week and she said I am still interviewing candidates. Will get back to you.
Meanwhile I have seen the same job postings with modified JD in naukri. When I again reached out she started bluffing the things. When I asked about the job postings she said We have new TA head. So the job postings too.
Interviews done without prior intimation. Thus she didn't get my best. I am wondering without knowing what my capabilities and competencies how they sidelined my resume. after my interview with her, I went through all the reviews and ratings about ISG. Most of the people gave very poor ratings and reviews. They are all non HR's. But after my experience with them I acknowledged everyones review.
Nowadays Wasting candidates time and energy is most common with every company. This company also did the same. This I can see as incapable leader who is very poor in DM process. Simply sitting /holding on candidates resume is serious red flag in recruitment practices. ISG you clearly degrading your employer external branding by means unfair practices. To check the validity of any resume, maximum it will take 1-2 min. But holding for a month without any communication shows how the culture will be in inside.
As I have been simultaneously giving interviews, I got another offer with MNC. But my candidate experience with them is -10/10. I will not suggest anyone in my lifetime to this company and also in future I will not apply to this company anymore. "
