Don't freeze up, be confident, you don't know something, just say you don't know, then say that you'd like to share your opinions or views about it anyways
They mainly check your communication skills and will to learn
Interest is also key, you need to make them understand that you are interested in the job, that you have tried things earlier in life which go in line with it
Needless to say, greet them, talk with a positive attitude and a smile on your face, it'll immediately light things up
Ask back a few questions about the job role etc, it'll catch their attention and make them ask something a lot more casual

As a fresher every interviewer knows we are not an expert in any language, so he just checks weather we are capable of learning new things and utilize of it that skills for that company growth or not.
So no need to worry for an interview just be good at the basics of any language.
By hearting the definitions is not useful but learning how, why and when is the main thing about the languages.
I mentioned manual testing, Java and sql
He mostly focussed on Java and sql.
Mentioning 4-5 technologies in a resume is a good thing but having a grip in that subjects is also mandatory thing.
So no need to mention 5-6 technologies
Just 2-3 is enough and being confident is also important.
Just be strong on any 2 subjects
Like either
1. Java or sql
2. Python or sql
